When you purchase from our company you are getting the product directly from our manufacturer, Thermo Scientific. As a result, the manufacturer’s warranty will always be included with your purchase and will start the day your product delivers. Below is warranty information on our products. If you do not see the item you want listed, or there is no warranty information on the product page, please contact us for information.

Warranties are only Valid in the United States

If you live outside of the United States there is no warranty. If you export the product outside of the United States the warranty is void.

Revco Refrigerators and Freezers

All Revco refrigerators and freezers carry a 2-year parts and labor warranty. Check the individual product pages for any additional compressor warranties beyond the 2 years.

All MaxQ Shakers carry a 5-year parts, 1-year labor warranty. Furthermore, they carry a life-time warranty on the drive mechanism. All other Shakers, Rockers, Rotators, and Mixers carry a 1-year parts and 1-year (or 90-day – see product) labor warranty.
