Shipping Costs and Methods

All of our products ship free of charge to your location provided it is within the continental United States. For locations only accessible by boat or ferry, please contact us for a quote. Each product page describes exactly how the product will ship and any fees associated with special delivery methods.

Return Policy

All returns must be handled by email. We cannot process returns by phone. If an item arrives in defective condition it will be replaced or repaired at no charge. Each product carries the manufacturer’s parts and labor warranty which will cover this circumstance for the duration of the warranty period. Send an email to [email protected] for immediate help on a defective item.

If you need to return an item for any other reason send an email to [email protected] within 15 days of your shipping date. Please take note of the following:
1) You must pack the item in all of its original packaging and shipping materials.
2) The item must be unused and in new condition.

Free Returns

1) Defective items are replaced or repaired at no charge.
2) Contract Customers are never charged any fees for a return.

Returns with Fees

If you need to return an item for any other reason there is a 25% restocking fee and freight charges.

Non-Returnable Items

Parts are non-returnable. Additionally, products that are shipped sterile such as bottles and vials labeled “Sterile” cannot be returned. They are certified as sterile at the factory when made, sealed, and shipped to you. If they are returned the certification is void. That is why they cannot be returned. Please make sure part number is verified before the order is placed.

Order Cancellation

Should you need to cancel an order, please contact us. As long as the order has not shipped we can cancel it with no fees. However, if your order has shipped you will be required to pay any freight charges involved in shipping and returning the item. All cancellations are subject to our “Return Policy” above.

We are an authorized distributor for Thermo Scientific lab equipment, which includes all of the brands on our web site (Revco, Cimarec, Precision, etc.). All of the products we sell include Thermo Scientific’s manufacturer’s warranties.
