"1 Setpoint" Controller

Single setpoint to hold a specified temperature. Single display shows the actual temperature or setpoint.

"1 Ramp" Controller

Single setpoint with one ramp and one dwell. The ramp is used to vary the heat-up rate to your specified setpoint. The furnace will then dwell (hold the temperature) at a set level for a specified time. Single display shows actual temperature or setpoint.

"1 Program" Controller

Programmable with one (1) stored program of eight (8) segments. Each segment includes one ramp and one dwell, so you can program 8 ramp/dwell cycles. The ramp is used to vary the heat-up rate to your specified setpoint. The furnace will then dwell (hold the temperature) at a set level for a specified time. An LED display simultaneously shows both setpoint and actual furnace temperatures.

"4 Programs" Controller

Programmable with four (4) stored program of sixteen (16) segments. Each segment includes one ramp and one dwell, so you can create four programs with 16 ramp/dwell cycles. The ramp is used to vary the heat-up rate to your specified setpoint. The furnace will then dwell (hold the temperature) at a set level for a specified time. An LED display simultaneously shows both setpoint and actual furnace temperatures. Includes a mechanical overtemperature protection relay. RS-232 communications interface also included.

"25 Programs" Controller

Programmable with 25 stored programs with 500 segments per program. Each segment includes one ramp and one dwell, so you can program up to 500 ramp/dwell cycles. The ramp is used to vary the heat-up or cool-down rate to your specified setpoint. The furnace will then dwell (hold the temperature) at a set level for a specified time. Controller can repeat the whole program up to 999 times. Program patterns can be based on either time or rate. A large 5-digit LED display shows actual temperature. LCD display provides trend recording function, graphic prompts, configurable display data, and custom messages set by the customer.
