McQueen Labs Terms of Service

At McQueen Labs we strive to set high expectations for ourselves and the products we choose to sell. Below is information about our policies. Please feel free to contact us should you have further questions. We appreciate your business and want to keep it!

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Purchase Orders (Click Here for Details). We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Shipping Costs and Methods

All of our products ship free of charge to your location permitted it is within the continental United States. Each product page describes exactly how the product will ship and any fees associated with special delivery methods.

Return Policy

All returns must be handled by email. We cannot process returns by phone. If an item arrives in defective condition it will be replaced or repaired at no charge. Each product carries Thermo Scientific's parts and labor warranty which will cover this circumstance for the duration of the warranty period. Send an email to help@mcqueenlabs.com for immediate help on a defective item.

If you need to return an item for any other reason send an email to returns@mcqueenlabs.com within 30 days of your shipping date. Please take note of the following:
1) You must pack the item in all of its original packaging and shipping materials.
2) The item must be unused and in new condition.

Free Returns
1) Defective items are replaced or repaired at no charge.
2) Contract Customers are never charged any fees for a return.

Returns with Fees
The costs involved in returning an item depend upon the circumstances. If you accidentally order the wrong item and place an order for the correct item your only expense is the return freight. If you need to return an item for any other reason and are NOT ordering a replacement there is a 15% restocking fee and return freight charges.

Order Cancellation

Should you need to cancel an order, please contact us. As long as the order has not shipped we can cancel it with no fees. However, if your order has shipped you will be required to pay any freight charges involved in shipping and returning the item. All cancellations are subject to our "Return Policy" above.

The Products We Sell

We are an authorized distributor for Thermo Scientific lab equipment, which includes all of the brands on our web site (Revco, Cimarec, Precision, etc.). All of the products we sell include Thermo Scientific's manufacturer's warranties. Click on "Warranty" at the top of any page for details.
