McQueen Labs Terms of Service

At McQueen Labs we strive to set high expectations for ourselves and the products we choose to sell. Our prices are unbeatable because of our very low overhead. We are confident that after shopping at any other place, you will return to our online store for the lowest price.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Purchase Orders (Click Here for Details). We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Shipping Costs and Methods

All of our products ship free of charge to your location permitted it is within the continental United States. Each product page describes exactly how the product will ship and any fees associated with special delivery methods.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, simply contact us for a no-hassle return within 30 days of your shipping date.
1) You must pack the item in all of its original packaging and shipping materials.
2) The item must be in new, unused condition.
3) You must pay the return freight.
4) If the return is due to customer error, we will have to charge a restocking fee and any outbound freight charges.

Order Cancellation

Should you need to cancel an order, please contact us. As long as the order has not shipped we can cancel it with no fees. However, if your order has shipped you will be required to pay any freight charges involved in shipping and returning the item. All cancellations are subject to our "Return Policy" above.

Damaged Products

The purchaser is responsible for inspecting the items upon receiving them. If there is freight damage, the item must be REFUSED. We will ship you another product immediately and the damaged product will be returned to us at no cost to you. However, if the customer accepts a damaged item we have no recourse with the freight company unless the damage is hidden (latent). In that case we must file a claim within 48 hours of delivery, so please contact us immediately.

The Products We Sell

Many of our competitors sell used, refurbished, or second-hand laboratory equipment. Rest assured that every single product listed on our web site is brand new. The one exception to this is returned items that we re-sell. If that is the case you will know it, and it will be listed separately from all other products.

We are an authorized distributor for Thermo Scientific lab equipment, which includes all of the brands on our web site (Revco, Cimarec, Precision, etc.). All of the products we sell include Thermo Scientific's manufacturer's warranties. Click on "Warranty" at the top of any page for details.
