Thermo Scientific Lindberg/Blue M 1500°C General-Purpose Tube Furnaces offer integral temperature control designed for a range of applications which require processing flexibility with fast heatup and recovery.

Features of the STF55433PBC-1 Furnace

Includes the D2 Digital Controller with Over Temperature Control (see below for alternate controllers). Programmable with thirty (30) stored programs with 300 segments for use (maximum of 99 segments per program). Each segment includes one ramp and one dwell, so you can program up to 99 ramp/dwell cycles. The ramp is used to vary the heat-up or cool-down rate to your specified setpoint. The furnace will then dwell (hold the temperature) at a set level for a specified time.

Energy-efficient Moldatherm insulation increases temperature uniformity, improves energy efficiency and helps to maintain low exterior cabinet temperatures during operation

Accommodate 1-inch, 2-inch and 3-inch O.D. process tubes (customer supplied)

Silicon carbide heating elements positioned above and below tube works with Type "R" thermocouple to stabilize temperature

Adjustable high-limit over-temperature protection

Integral microprocessor-based PID programmable control (proportional, integral, derivative) prevents overshoot

Simultaneous LED display of actual temperature vs. setpoint

Alternate Controller Options

The STF55433PBC-1 furnace includes the C2 digital controller and is also available with alternate digital controllers allowing for various levels of control and programs.

C2 - Programmable with one (1) stored program of sixteen (16) segments. Each segment includes one ramp and one dwell, so you can program 16 ramp/dwell cycles. The ramp is used to vary the heat-up rate to your specified setpoint. The furnace will then dwell (hold the temperature) at a set level for a specified time. An LED display simultaneously shows both setpoint and actual furnace temperatures.
